Swim Club

Our Swim Club is for our advanced swimmers who have completed or working towards the STA Shark awards.

We work on stroke technique, stamina, speed, skills, starts and turns giving the foundation for competitive swimming or just for older children to come along for fitness.

With our swimmers becoming faster and strokes and turns developing well, we are looking to compete in the near future.

Each term ends with either a fun activity such as snorkelling, water polo etc or a mini gala followed by a presentation of trophies for swimmers who have shown particular achievements.

We keep a record of each child’s personal best for their strokes over a distance so we can monitor progress and each Summer we hold an In-house competition.

Awards to be achieved: STA Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Swimmer Awards.
